**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for the development of APAC packaging, aligned to the regional and global segment strategies for superior consumer experience.
- Accountable for primary and secondary packaging component specification robustness, accuracy, and completeness.
- Delivers projects with quality; compliance with company requirement; compiles and analyses data, identifies causes, draws conclusions, generates reports. Escalate business, technical trouble and critical decision-making requirement in time manner.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize multiple rapidly changing priorities & ability to be on top of critical programs, ensuring flawless execution.
- Partners closely with Global Packaging Sustainability team in embedding packaging sustainability playbook and guidelines into development of packaging specifications that delivers Kenvue’s sustainability commitments.
- Partners with the cross-functional team to lead new package development based on consumer insights, delivering the targeted consumer benefit and key claims, while meeting cost targets.
- Brings an external perspective by identifying, evaluating and championing technical advancements, design trends and innovations in packaging.
- Stay aware of supplier and competitor new developments and highlight to appropriate management as needed.
- Recommend better way of working to drive delivering quality and efficiency with collaborative and can-do spirit.

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**

Required Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years’ experience in Packaging, preferably in Personal Care industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, Chemical Science, Polymer Science or a related science field is required, advanced degree is preferred.
- Preferred experience in CPG/FMCG.
- Desired Qualifications
- Experience with a wide variety of packaging technologies ranging from injection moulding to fiber-based packaging, flexible film, glass bottle, aluminum tube, decoration, etc.
- Proficient in English to manage projects across countries.
- Strong focus on sustainability and eCommerce (Omnichannel) packaging is required.
- Data savvy - ability to use data, insights & analytics to support perspectives.
- Strong experimental skill and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to communicate across the organization, including succinctly communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders and business partners.
- Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional partners to develop & implement programs. Can inspire and enroll teams in a vision.
- Managing ambiguity - can make decisions and recommendations in the face of uncertainty, under line manager’s coach.
- Comfortable in making presentations, speaking ability and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen - understand trends, technology and information impacting the business and organization; knows how the business and competition works.
