**Overview**:
At Blue Crown Technologies, we combine innovation with adaptability to shape the future of healthcare technology. We are on the lookout for a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in developing a web-based platform that supports healthcare professionals in managing patient care more efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a secure, compliant, and scalable platform, with a focus on automating healthcare workflows and decision support systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, cloud engineers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Contribute to the development of a responsive and intuitive user interface, as well as back-end services that handle complex logic and data processing.
- Ensure the adherence of all software solutions to industry standards for healthcare IT, including HIPAA and FHIR compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Object Oriented Programming with expertise in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure services and keen interest in leveraging Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Prior experience or strong interest in healthcare technology and familiarity with the unique challenges and regulations of the sector.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with an ability to address technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote team setting, with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
