Qué buscamos

Buscamos un/a **Senior Fullstack Developer** para unirse a un equipo de ingeniería en crecimiento. Tendrás un rol clave construyendo **productos escalables**y entregando features con impacto real en negocio.
No es sólo codear: esperamos **criterio técnico**, foco en **calidad**, y capacidad de **conectar producto + ejecución**.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones con **Next.js (frontend)** y **Node.js (backend)**.
- Construir y evolucionar **APIs** (REST y/o GraphQL) y servicios backend (p. ej., **NestJS/Express**).
- Integrar sistemas complejos: pagos, e-commerce, logística, terceros (webhooks, APIs externas).
- Participar en el diseño de soluciones de **IA** o automatización (si aplica): features AI-powered, tooling interno, pipelines.

Quality & Engineering Excellence
- Defender calidad**:testing** sólido (unit/integration/e2e) y mentalidad **TDD**.
- Hacer code reviews rigurosos: mantenibilidad, performance, seguridad.
- Documentar: API specs, ADRs, diagramas/decisiones técnicas.
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias en producción; optimizar performance y fiabilidad.

Collaboration
- Colaborar con Product/Design para convertir requisitos en entregables claros.
- Participar en planificación, refinamiento técnico y reviews de arquitectura.
- Comunicación proactiva (async-first): avances, riesgos, bloqueos, propuestas.

Experiência
- **5+ años** desarrollando software (Senior a Lead).
- Experiência real en **Next.js** (SSR/SSG, routing, data fetching, performance, SEO).
- Experiência sólida en **Node.js** (ideal **TypeScript**), diseñando APIs y servicios.
- Buen criterio de **system design**: patterns de escalabilidad, caching, colas, idempotencia, rate limiting.

- PostgreSQL (diseño de esquemas, índices, ORMs tipo Prisma/TypeORM/Sequelize)

- AWS (EC2, ECS/Fargate o Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)

**Testing**
- Jest/Vitest, Playwright/Cypress (según el caso)

Product & Business Mindset
- Curiosidad por el usuario final y el impacto de las decisiones técnicas.
- Capacidad de aterrizar requisitos en tareas técnicas accionables.
- Pragmatismo: balancear velocidad con calidad sin “deuda silenciosa”.

AI & Innovation (valorado)
- Interés en usar herramientas de IA para productividad (generación de código, tests, automatización).
- Ganas de explorar features AI-powered y nuevos capabilities cuando aporten valor real.
