El perfil es el de _**"IT Service Leader"**_ para trabajo híbrido/remoto, para ello deberás cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

- **NIVEL ACADÉMICO**_
- Bachiller o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o afines. (Deseable, no excluyente )
- **MODALIDAD**_
- Híbrido / Remoto (Por definir)
- **EXPERIENCIA**_
- Más de 3 años de experiência previa como _**IT Service Leader**_
- **REQUISITOS**_
- Experiência mayor de tres (03) años en el rol, Coordinador, Gestor de Servicios TI.
- Experiência de Jefe de Proyectos/Service Manager/Project Manager/Líder de Proyectos o afines en proyectos relacionados al desarrollo de software o mantenimiento de software u operación de fábrica de software.
- Experiência en gestión de servicios de TI.
- Experiência liderando proyectos de desarrollo de diversas tecnologías.
- Experiência utilizando herramientas de gestión basado en metodología de proyectos.
- Experiência en manejo de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Conocimiento de tecnología de automatización, microservicios,.NET, entre otros.
- Conocimientos en gestión económica: presupuestos, previsiones, cierres mensuales, etc.
- Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles y tradicionales
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y liderazgo
- Visión y gestión comercial para cumplir y ampliar los objetivos de cuenta
- **FUNCIONES**_
- Proponer estrategias de mejora continua
- Gestionar el delivery de los servicios de IT de distintos sectores.
- Gestionar los indicadores de resultados sobre la ejecución de los servicios: Disponibilidad de Servicios, Níveles de Servicio, Gestión de la Capacidad y Demanda, Entrega de servicios y Gestión de la calidad.
- Identificar, definir, planificar y efectuar seguimiento de los planes de acción, iniciativas y proyectos que se identifiquen como acciones correctivas o evolutivas, y que deban ser implementados en los procesos de Service Delivery que tenga bajo su cargo.
- Gestión con cliente externo y cliente interno, para la gestión del Service Delivery.
- Gestión de SLAs y KPIs de los servicios.
- Elaboración y presentación de sesiones ejecutivas con el cliente interno y externo. Planteamiento e implementación de iniciativas de innovación que contribuyan a la oferta de valor de la unidad.
- Difundir la oferta de valor de la unidad.
- Generar capacidades en el equipo para el crecimiento de la unidad.
- Planteamiento de soluciones estratégicas que incremente la calidad del delivery y genere eficiencias.
- Control financiero del proyecto a cargo.
- Otras actividades que su superior directo le encomiende.
