**As an Sales Trainee Rockstar, you will**:
Responding to customer inquiries.-
- Providing customers with the organization’s services and products information.-
- Processing room, event spaces and cowork reservations.-
- Processing and completing forms for commercial flyers designs needed.-
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.-
- Identifying and escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.-
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, and actions taken.-

- Currently enrolled in the university for hospitality, business. administration, sales or marketing knowledge.
- Advanced spanish and english proficiency required.
- Able to provide a university letter confirming the internship period.

- Hospitality experience desirable but not mandatory (front or reservations).
