**Job Track Description**:

**Responsibility Statements**
- Monitors the equipment to ensure it is operating correctly and reports any malfunctions.
- Ensures troubleshooting issues are identified and communicated.
- Understands and follows Quality Control criteria and procedures.
- Handles set up, installation, and readiness for operation of equipment.
- Reviews all equipment components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Completes all required documentation to keep a record of the equipment maintenance.
- May need to operate a company vehicle in order to service remote devices.
- Performs recommended preventative maintenance.
- Assists and guides Level 1.
- Occasionally performs all tasks from level 1.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
