**Job Details**:

- **Employment Type**: Full-time, Contract
- **Salary**: S/. S/.2000 - S/. 3000 soles
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (**100% on-site**)
- **Work Location**: Av. Benavides 4828, Surco, Lima, Peru
- **Immediate Start**

**Position Description**:
At **Premier Group**, a well-established U.S. company in the construction industry, we are looking for a **Junior Project Manager** with a strong interest in project management, especially in the roofing sector. If you are a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in construction project management, this is your opportunity to join a highly professional team working with clients in the United States. **Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in roofing.
- Knowledge of project management, team coordination, and budget control.
- Experience in supervision and coordination with subcontractors and/or suppliers.
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Advanced English **(mandatory)**:

- Advanced AutoCAD **(mandatory)**:

- Advanced Revit **(preferred)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage roofing construction projects and other types of projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the work team and subcontractors.
- Control project costs, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient execution.
- Review work quality through photos and videos, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and provide daily updates on project progress.
- Manage project profitability and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations at all project stages.
- Provide detailed reports to the team leader on project progress and status.
