**Jr. Mechanical Field Service Engineer**

As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role on site with our customers. Leading installation/maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot and ensure safe and compliant installations.

As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, after an intense Training Program, you will be responsible for:

- Provide technical direction for the activities of internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
- Monitoring, overhauling, troubleshooting and commissioning of our rotating equipment and products at the customer's premises
- Preparation and updating of technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefings for customers and cross-functional internal teams
- Ensure that internal training, compliance, and quality documentation are updated, tracked, and completed in accordance with company standards.
- Properly manage the company's digital tools for retrieving technical documents and managing packing lists, bills of materials, and drawings

**Feed your passion**

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Have at least 6 months of experience in a mechanical position in an energy, mechanical or petroleum environment.
- Professional in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Have basic knowledge of rotating equipment installation and maintenance.
- Show a strong customer service-oriented mindset, experience in guiding customers through difficult decisions.
- Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to clients and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Have the ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
- Have excellent verbal and written English.
- Be prepared to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restrictions, including offshore facilities.
