We are currently seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual for a Case Management position. This position involves assisting their team’s paralegal and attorney in helping to navigate our clients through all of the stages of their personal injury cases.

As with all our positions, we work as a team, and team members may be called upon to assist in other departments within our company.

**Compensation**:
3,000 soles

**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting client information into our database
- Scheduling appointments with clients
- Entering and updating client information in our computer system
- Organizing and completing necessary documentation, monitoring case statuses, and assisting clients
- Conducting regular correspondence with clients and providing them with updates on the status of their case
- Maintaining client confidentiality
- Updating client information in our computer system
- Communicating with insurance companies, doctor’s offices, police departments, housing authorities, and other attorney’s offices
- Ordering and obtaining client medical records
- Analyzing and summarizing medical records

**Qualifications**:

- Associates Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 30 WPM
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass each phase of our in-house training program
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
