Como parte de nuestro compromiso continuo con la innovación y la excelencia, estamos en búsqueda de un **Accounts Receivable Executive** para unirse a nuestro equipo.

**Principales Responsabilidades**
- Análisis y preparación de reportes de cuentas por cobrar
- Envío y seguimiento de estados de cuenta a clientes
- Comunicación con clientes nacionales e internacionales (correo electrónico, telefónica, etc)
- Control y seguimiento de líneas de crédito. Alimentación de GET PAID; NG y AX, con las líneas de crédito de acuerdo con la Matriz de aprobaciones de Geodis.
- Gestión de cobranzas y documentación pendiente, de acuerdo con los requerimientos de los clientes para asegurar el proceso de cobranza.
- Evaluación de nuevos clientes para otorgamiento de crédito, con EQUIFAX, GETPAID y COFACE.

**Requisitos**
- Bachiller o Titulado en Economía, Administración, Contabilidad o afines
- Idioma **Inglés nível intermedio** (indispensable)
- **5 años de experiência** en posiciones similares
- Experiência en empresas multinacionales (preferible)
- Conocimiento del sector logístico (preferible)

- **Leyes contables, regulaciones y estándares financieros**: Capacidad para procesar y analizar información contable y financiera en cumplimiento con las leyes, regulaciones y estándares pertinentes
- **Análisis de actividades**: Capacidad para evaluar, monitorear, analizar y presentar datos e información relacionada con actividades para respaldar la toma de decisiones
- **Cumplimiento normativo**: Capacidad para cumplir con todas las especificaciones, políticas (internas y externas), estándares, regulaciones y/o leyes relevantes
- **Herramientas digitales**: Capacidad para utilizar sistemas, herramientas y bases de datos de manera efectiva en su área

- **Atención al detalle**: Capacidad para lograr minuciosidad y precisión en la realización de tareas
- **Fiabilidad**: Capacidad para demostrar que se puede confiar en uno para llevar a cabo las tareas asignadas

- **Habilidades analíticas**: Capacidad para observar, investigar e interpretar un tema con el fin de desarrollar ideas y soluciones complejas
- **Manejo del estrés**: Capacidad para hacer frente a la presión para cumplir con plazos ajustados
- **Adaptabilidad**: Capacidad para adaptarse a nuevas situaciones y cambios en el lugar de trabajo
