**Transport Planner**:
**About the Role**:
Ensure the control and execution of the transportation area costs, as well as ensure compliance with the Kpi's assigned to the area.

**What You Will Do**:

- Follow-up meetings with Customer Service. 2.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Manage Kpi's of the transportation area.
- Manage the homologation of suppliers.
- Provide support in downloading merchandise located in high levels for quality sampling performed by the regulatory Affairs Specialist /regulatory affairs support.
- Generate order in SAP and record solpeds in traceability table.
- Elaboration of monthly data of invoices for BL support.
- Execution, follow up and control of Self Service centralization cost.
- AASS follow-up meetings.
- Review of document mismatches at the logistic level.
- Acceptance of invoices that arrive to the mailbox as documents filed.
- Guarantee that the orders placed by our customers (internal and external) arrive in the requested conditions of quality, quantity, place and time of delivery in order to maintain a good level of service.
- Manage Routings in SAP for submission of supplier settlement.
- Receive sales invoices (verify compliance and new developments).
- Ensure that all compliments received have no pending procedures or observations that prevent their liquidation.
- Enter time of local and provincial supplier compliments into the system, updating the indicator.
- Manage the traceability file and issue charges to be sent to GBS.
- Manage the entry of the purchase requisition for the settlement of the service. Acceptance of invoices that arrive in the mailbox as documents filed.
- Execute the policies and measures defined by the organization, necessary to guarantee the safety of the employees and assets under their charge; as well as to comply with the quality and environmental protection standards established in the applicable legislation, norms and good practices.

**Who You Are**:
Graduate or bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering or related careers with at least 3 years of experience in logistics distribution and transportation.
