We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Regional Compliance, Logistics, and Safety Officer** to support our operations across Asia. This role will ensure the effective implementation of compliance frameworks, manage logistics operations, and maintain robust safety protocols to support our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to internal policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and provide actionable insights to address gaps.
- Train staff on compliance-related matters and ethical practices.
- **Logistics**:

- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- **Safety**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols and emergency response plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on mitigating potential safety risks.
- Act as the focal point for safety-related & Safeguarding concerns and incident reporting in the region.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, or Business Management
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, procurement processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
