**Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization**:
Responsible for the development and implementation of FPF specific partner strategies. Work across functions and categories to develop, manage and execute plans designed to grow football in Peru through identified new partners. Manage the FPF relationship on a day-to-day basis. Ultimately leverage strategic adidas relationship to tell the brand story on Peru´s biggest sport, football.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Position and leverage adidas with the best football symbols and programs in Peru to grow the market share in Peru.

2.Support Sr. Manager to develop and drive FPFs strategy while strengthening relationship with FPF on a day-to-day basis.

3. To measure progress own KPIs, product delivery, payments and ensure we use all our benefits of FPF contract.

4. Work as the key interface between FPF and adidas internal networks, including product marketing, brand marketing, PR retail marketing and more.

5.Develop, manage, and execute activation plans for strategic FPF product launches.

6.Strengthen and maintain adidas reputation and build long-term partnerships with FPF at all levels.

7.Ensure decisions and actions support overall marketing goal and maximize the impact of our message to consumers.

8.Manage detailed budget and financials (costs, return of investment, planning) of FPF.

9.Comply with finance procedures and P&L construction for new assets or renewals according to SPOMA strategy

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**:

- Experienced in managing accounts/clients on entertainment or sporks marketing industry (desirable).
- Experienced in Retail Industry (desirable).
- Strong competence creating and growth long terms relationship with business partners.
- English: advanced level.
- Office: intermediate level.
