Bim Specialist

**AECOM is looking for a BIM Specialist to work in their Lima, Peru offices.**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Monitoring the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).- Monitoring CAD and BIM standards.- Managing and creating federated models.- Experience in clash detection within federated models for infrastructure projects.- Providing BIM support to Modellers.- Tracking issues and ensuring effective communication.- Managing and creating progress reports.- Reviewing and quality controlling models in Revit and Civil 3D.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a related field, +2 years of relevant experience in project development using BIM methodology, or a demonstrable equivalent of experience and/or education.-
- Management of quantity extraction.- Proficiency in BIM ACC (in the Document Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Design Collaboration, and Model Coordination modules).- English level (Advanced or Intermediate).

**Additional Information**

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in project development using BIM methodology.- Experience with Dynamo and Power BI (desirable).- BIM Certification or Master's degree in BIM.
