Hola Felicitamos y valoramos tu interés por seguir creciendo dentro del Grupo Scotiabank, nos encontramos en búsqueda de talento que aporte con sus conocimientos y experiência a la posición y sobre todo con OPTIMISMO. **Purpose of the position**: Leads and oversees department Planning & Control in Peru ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. **What we expect from you?** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economy, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum 4 years of work experience in planning and management. - Knowledge of the Bank's products, operational processes - Fluency in English. **What challenges will you face?** - Responsible for preparing the Annual Budget of the Digital Banking Unit, analyzing and validating the reasonableness of the projected budget. - Coordinate and support the generation of initiatives of the Annual Budgetary Plan, in addition to monitoring it once it has been approved in order to maintain and optimize the management of expenses (if required). - Propose and implement the necessary initiatives that can contribute to make the necessary corrections for compliance with the plan. - Follow up the improvement initiatives and Business Case in order to ensure that they have the required budget and can be implemented in the established time. - Lead work fronts of strategic special projects (internal consulting projects) in order to identify improvements in the indicators of growth, productivity, profitability, etc. - Analyze and monitor the indicators and goals of the Digital Banking Unit. - Provide the right tools for a solid decision-making process and work on the elimination of impediments that may arise to maximize the positive results of the strategy. - Responsible for leading the relationship and coordination with suppliers on the fronts under his responsibility. - Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. - Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk En Scotiabank estamos interesados en promover tu desarrollo profesional dentro de un ambiente de equidad, diversidad e inclusión.
