We are seeking world-class, motivated, and passionate individuals for our People team. You will be working closely with our Engineering, People, Sales, Customer Support, Executive team and business stakeholders to keep our teams growing

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for Belong, representing the company

**What You'll Need**:

- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative roles within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty and solving problems independently
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize conflicting tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

**What We'd Like to See**:

- Previous experience supporting multiple recruiters simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
