**What you’ll do**:
- Identifying potential leads, developing and executing strategic alliances to generate revenue
- Consulting with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide content strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Tulfa’s services
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
- Ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals; experience in closing larger deals is a plus
- Exhibits a propensity for generating leads through online research
- Combine sales training knowledge with a consultative approach to educate prospects and drive value for Tulfa services
- Develop understanding of content industry, including Tulfa process, technology and software capabilities
- Onboard new clients effectively through internal onboarding process
- Consistent execution of Tulfa’s internal sales methodology
- Compliance in utilizing internal sales enablement tools and management process, such as correct use of contracts and following the booking process
- Delivering high quality presentation to C level executives in the Tulfa format.
- Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Maintaining competitive knowledge & focus
**What you’ll need**:
- At least 2 - 4 years of B2B consultative and solution-based selling experience with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success
- Proven track record of success and ability to win deals with new and existing clients
- Innovative thinker with a passion for problem solving
- Exceptional organization and time management capabilities
- Proficient with CRMs, Apple and Windows software, MS Office, Excel and Gmail
- Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting, content or professional services solutions highly preferred
- Excellent written and oral/presentation skills
- Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations via the telephone with contract decision makers (c-level)
