We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-driven Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our E-Commerce project focused on E-Bikes. This remote position requires fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer support while addressing various inquiries and concerns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide assistance with E-Bike product information, technical support, and order processing.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and resolve challenges.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of E-Bike products and their technical specifications to assist customers effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while remaining calm under pressure.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- At least 2 years of online customer service experience, preferably in E-Commerce or with electronic products.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability to work **Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)**.
