**About the Role**

We're on the hunt for a Software Integration Developer—part engineer, part magician—to help us connect the dots across our growing ecosystem of tools, platforms, and systems. Our data lives in many places (and sometimes hides), and we need someone who can bring it all together to create clean workflows, better reporting, and more visibility across the board.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Connect and integrate a variety of internal tools, platforms, and third-party software
- Design clean, scalable data flows and automation pipelines
- Improve reporting by centralizing fragmented data into unified dashboards or systems
- Build or implement APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions to get systems “talking”
- Troubleshoot data sync and integration issues
- Document workflows and ensure security and scalability of integrations
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools to automate and enhance workflow processes
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities where AI-driven solutions can improve efficiency

**You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have**
- 2-5+ years of experience in software development, integrations, or automation
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong skills in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or another backend-friendly language
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Workato, or custom middleware
- Knowledge of or experience with AI tools and how to implement them into workflow processes
- Comfort working across CRMs, ERPs, analytics platforms, spreadsheets, and dashboards
- A knack for solving complex data challenges with clean, simple solutions
- A love for working with multiple departments
