Our inorganic growth is led and managed by the Corporate Development team, which comprises three teams (origination, deal execution and integration).

Right now, we are looking for a
**M&A Specialist **to work in our deal execution team

This role is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about M&A and technology. You would be joining a best-in-class in-house M&A team.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Work in large-scale deals globally.
- Work with our leaders, aligning the Corporate Development Strategy to the company vision. Interact with founders, entrepreneurs and executives from organizations from all over the world that have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
- Analyze Companies and industries, identify value propositions, work on financials and empathize with their cultures.
- Coordinate and supervise external Due Diligence (financial, tax and legal-labor).
- Coordinate and supervise internal Due Diligence (Business, Technology & Delivery, people, IT)
- Identify key deal issues and propose remediation and/or mitigation.
- Prepare / review Company valuations, DCF and other financial models.
- Analyze different structuring and investment formats and execute upon.
- Support in the preparation, review and negotiation of legal documents (NDAs, Indication of Interest, Letter of Intent, SPA among others).
- Background in Accountant, Finance and Business Administration.
- Produce presentations and reports with Company and Transaction findings.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Several years of experience from an investment bank, M&A boutique, M&A or transaction services department from Big 4 or Corporate Development.
- Experience in x-border deals within the technology space.
- Strong project management of cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail while being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Accountability and ability to multitask and solve problems in an evolving environment reporting directly to the Top Management and the Board of Directors of the Company.
- Advanced English and Spanish skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Google (Docs, Sheets and Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word).
- Being a team player in a remote-based world.
- Willing and able to travel when necessary.
