**Marketing Director (Remote) - H&C Kitchen and Bath**

**Location**: Lima, Peru

**Job Type**: Full-time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Kitchen and Bath Design Center Showroom, a reputable kitchen and bath showroom in Rockville, MD, is seeking a **Marketing Director** to join our team. This is a 100% remote position for a professional with a strong marketing background, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead and implement effective marketing strategies.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Advanced English (C1) level**required (evaluated during the interview).
- **Minimum 3 years of experience**in a marketing leadership role, ideally in a service-based industry.
- **Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms** (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Resides in Lima, Peru.

**Technical Requirements**:

- A **reliable internet connection** (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Trial Period (2 months)**: Salary starting at S/.3,000 per month for training, onboarding, and familiarization with the company.
- **Post-Trial**: Salary increases to S/.3,500 per month with a one-year contract.
- Half-month salary bonuses in July and December.
- Paid U.S. specific holidays.
- Paid vacations.
- Health insurance (provided after the trial period).
