Commercial Analyst

YOUR OPPORTUNITYThe purpose of the Commercial Analyst is to act as the business partner for commercial team to help in planning, reporting and ongoing business routines, as well as stewardship of central analytics and insight generation.- Your key priority is to drive value added analytics and insights support to the entire SOCO Commercial team who is charged with driving commercial success within the region. Pivotal to your accountability will be to execute and communicate standardized approaches to analytics, customer engagement insights and performance review to be used in our selling story.ABOUT YOUYou must be Fearless to challenge & influence decision making across SOCO, mixing the detail & bigger picture to identify opportunities for growth.- You must demonstrate a Founder’s mentality, balancing brand & commercial priorities to help us achieve the best results with our brands, to help SOCO beat our dynamic plan.- As a member of the SOCO Family, you will be required to interface with your key client groups to fulfil your role. As such, you may be required to travel to stay connected to all stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:

- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Work closely with the SOCO commercial team and Distributor Partner to support customer needs/insights and performance measurement.
- Integrate Shopper, Consumer and Commercial Insights into opportunities and sales presentations.
- Regional analysis and insight generation from key content (Nielsen, IWSR, Instore View and any other tool) to feed into Commercial selling stories, Customer Marketing, Regional Sales etc.
- Help drive ROI analysis of commercial programs. as well as work on post-mortem evaluation and performance tracking and analysis.
- Pricing analysis, to support commercial team to generate adequate promotional grids and improve our revenue with pricing opportunities.

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Experience in financial/ strategic analysis analytical skills. At least 2-3 years’ experience.
- Strong communication, influencing & collaboration skills required in order to achieve results across the organisation.
- Comfortable organizing & prioritizing multiple deliverables & resource constraints to optimize results.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
