DESCRIPCIóN

Importante fintech líder en la región busca un/a Payment Strategy Lead para definir y liderar la evolución de su ecosistema de pagos en un mercado altamente dinámico y competitivo.

Será responsable de impulsar innovación, alianzas y nuevas soluciones que habiliten casos de uso disruptivos, tanto en pagos locales como cross-border. Su propósito será acelerar la adopción de pagos digitales en el día a día de millones de personas y empresas, integrando tecnologías emergentes, tendencias del mercado y múltiples stakeholders para seguir construyendo el futuro de los pagos en la región.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar y gestionar la estrategia integral de pagos, incluyendo rieles propios y de terceros, tanto locales como cross-border.
- Impulsar la innovación en productos y alianzas estratégicas que amplíen la propuesta de valor.
- Evaluar tecnologías emergentes, proveedores y modelos de integración que optimicen costos y mejoren la experiência de usuario.
- Analizar el desempeño de las soluciones de pago y definir su evolución estratégica.
- Alinear iniciativas de distintos equipos bajo una visión coherente del ecosistema de pagos.
- Mantener relaciones clave con aliados comerciales, entidades regulatorias y otros actores relevantes.
- Colaborar en el diseño y adopción de nuevas soluciones de pago con reguladores y stakeholders externos.
- Definir las jugadas estratégicas que posicionen a la organización como líder en pagos digitales.

**Requisitos**:

- Bachiller en **Ingeniería, Economía, Finanzas, Administración, Marketing** o afines.
- ** +8 años de experiência** en consultoría, fintech, pagos digitales o tecnología de pagos.
- Trayectoria liderando **estrategias de ecosistemas de pagos complejos**, integrando múltiples soluciones y rieles.
- Conocimiento sólido de **modelos de negocio de pagos, tecnologías de procesamiento, arquitectura de soluciones y regulación financiera**.
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos multidisciplinarios y liderazgo de equipos.
- Conocimiento de tendencias como **blockchain, stablecoins, adquirencia, rieles de tarjetas, pagos embebidos, BaaS, Open Banking y arquitectura modular**.
- Capacidad para **interpretar marcos regulatorios** y colaborar con entidades externas.
