**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

We’ll be looking to you to provide day-to-day operational support as part of Western Union’s HR Department. This includes help with the whole employee cycle, from induction/onboarding through termination/offboarding. You’ll be a liaison between the company and the employees; you’ll also be responsible for administering health and life insurance programs, and benefits, vendor payments, and entering updates/changes in Workday and other internal systems, ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. You will collaborate with HR Leader, HR Generalist, and other business units to support business objectives to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.

For such a pivotal role, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and experience with HR systems like workday will be ideal. You’ll also possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to present and be proficient in MS Office programs. Self-starter with the ability to be resourceful, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. The English language is a must.
