**What are we looking for?**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and build landing pages and microsites for internal and client use.
- Create prototypes and wireframes using Figma.
- Design visual assets using Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO and brand alignment.
- Integrate tools like HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends and web technologies.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- 7+ years in UX/UI design and/or webmaster roles.
- Proven experience managing WordPress sites and hosting platforms (WP Engine).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, landing pages, and UX thinking.

**Tools & Skills**
- WordPress, WP Engine.
- Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
- Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals.

**Soft Skills**
- High creativity and visual intuition.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.

**Nice to have**
- Certification in **Web Development** or **Digital Marketing.**
- Experience with **e-commerce platforms** and **payment gateways.**
- Experience managing **domains**, **DNS**, and other internet infrastructure topics.
