- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for optimization of energy supply and trading activities.
- Lead CPPA project offtake negotiations to secure long-term power purchase agreements.
- Work closely with investment and permit teams for CPPA assessment, dealing with bank and

permit processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure

alignment with organizational objectives and risk management strategies.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on CPPA progress, risks, and

opportunities.
- Assist in investment committee meeting processes.
- Analyse energy market trends and conditions to develop strategies for maximizing revenue.
- Manage the implementation of energy trading activities, including contracts and agreements

with buyers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and regulators.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to energy

trading activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and risk management, to

ensure alignment with organizational objectives and risk management strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for energy trading activities and monitor expenses to ensure

compliance with budgetary requirements.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on CPPA performance and future

opportunities.
- Assist with other development tasks as assigned.
