You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Monitoring AP inbox for invoices, statements, and vendor communications.
- Receiving, reviewing, and verifying vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness before entering them into the accounts payable system.
- Auditing employee expense reports weekly to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Managing new vendor setup and verification, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assisting with reconciling monthly vendor statements and transactions.
- Communicating with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth business operations.
- Efficiently managing workloads and meeting deadlines is a key aspect of the job.

You’ll Need To Have:

- 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (Oracle Fusion preferred).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

We are also open to discussing part time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable within the role.
