**Senior Adobe Experience Manager Developer (AEM)**

The position will focus on the development and maintenance of AEM Sites, collaborating closely with team members to implement custom components and functionalities.

This role includes participating in system design, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of AEM environments.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Tech Leads and DevOps to maintain the efficient functioning of AEM servers and integrations.
- Develop innovative solutions for complex challenges and proactively identify potential project risks.
- Refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability, adhering to best practices in coding and design.
- Engage in the definition of functional requirements and provide time estimates for tasks.
- Offer technical support to Project Managers (PM) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
- Pursue relevant Adobe Certifications (Developer, DevOps, Assets, Business Practitioner) to bolster professional development and expertise.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead on various initiatives, contributing to team success.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

**Desired Skills**
- 5+ years of experience as an AEM Developer (AEMaaCS and/or AEM 6.5 preferred).
- Adobe Certification (developer certification preferred).
- Proficient in AEM core back-end functionality.
- Familiarity with Clientlibs: Experience in usage and best practices.
- Experience with Workflows.
- Experience with Multi-Site Manager (MSM).
- Knowledge of Dispatcher, Docker, and Cloud Manager.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot AEM projects.
- English Proficiency.
