We are looking for a **Operations Specialist** in Peru with strong analytical skills and experience in growth through data-driven strategies. This position is needed to monitor KPIs, optimize business performance, and execute local marketing initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and market expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Growing business in small and medium cities in Peru with main KPIs of the ride hailing business of inDrive: Rides, GMV Support the development and scaling of local partnerships;
- Manage and optimize daily ride hailing operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and driver passenger satisfaction;
- Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback;
- Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand in the local market;
- Lead cross functional projects involving driver operations, marketing, efficiency and support, conduct cross functional communication;
- Develop and present insights, forecasts, and recommendations based on in depth analysis of operational data;

**Qualifications**:

- 4 years of experience in data or business analysis, operations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or similar background.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and impact.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Advanced MS Excel skills is a must.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimize processes.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements.
- Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
