**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar el ABP plan para distribuidores y retails relacionados a la activación, innovación y renovación. Construir una buena relación con los distribuidores.
- Implementar los lanzamientos de la categoría en los canales en colaboración con Commercial Excellence.
- Trabajar de manera conjunta con los lideres de ventas y sus equipos para asegurarse que estén informados y tengan las herramientas necesarias para ganar nuevos clientes, penetrarlos y fidelizarlos. Gestionar el compromiso y preferencias del canal.
- Apoyar al canal para lograr el efecto multiplicador deseado por parte de los DSR´s.

**Requisitos**:

- Carrera universitaria concluida.
- 5 años de experiência en áreas comerciales. De los 5 años es indispensable haber tenido experiência en Ventas.
- Experiência en empresas B2B (deseable)
- Inglés intermedio
