With a strong reputation and consistent inbound leads, we aim to bring on a skilled Remote Sales Representative to drive conversions and nurture client relationships.

**Position Overview**:
The Remote Sales Representative will handle inbound leads to convert potential clients into loyal customers. This full-time, remote position is ideal for an experienced and results-oriented individual who thrives in a home-based sales environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Lead Management**:

- Consult with potential clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Develop and present customized quotes and service options to meet client requirements.
- **Sales Conversion & Client Onboarding**:

- Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Ensure all necessary client details are accurately captured and updated in the CRM system.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to recurring services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell additional services or packages as opportunities arise.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to align on client expectations.
- Provide daily sales updates and maintain accurate sales records.

**Requirements**:
**Work Environment**:

- A dedicated, quiet workspace free from interruptions.
- A stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- **Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a home-based business or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms is a plus.
- **Availability**:

- Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
