As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering results within our Reinsurance Solutions line.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Identifies client and prospect needs and develops efficient solutions
- maintains at all times, a detailed understanding and knowledge of all Aon resources and solutions, and matching those to client business requirements
- Achieves client satisfaction by providing outstanding service
- Fosters and promotes a team approach to both internal and external business relationships

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- A minimum of 10 years broking and/or underwriting commercial lines' experience, with a focus on property insurance
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of reinsurance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with capability to interact with major clients to cultivate and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients
- Entrepreneurial attitude with keen negotiation, business acumen and problem solving skills
- Strong organization and time management skills, able to multi task and manage projects
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter; committed to delivering the highest in client service, quality and results
- Previous formal or informal experience in managing teams or direct reports
