**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Be a positive and enthusiastic member of the staff room.
- A proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.
- Ability to contribute to our extra-curricular activities programme.
- A team player who will help develop new initiatives to enhance the English curriculum.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Minimum of three years’ teaching experience
- Demonstrate at least a CAE English level
- (Desirable) Have experience in teaching the IB Middle Years and/or the Diploma Programme
- Demonstrate expert classroom practice that promotes inquiry-based learning
- Possess excellent communication skills, spoken and written
- Possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Be teamwork oriented, flexible and open-minded
- Demonstrate a growth mind-set and positive drive
- Knowledge and experience in the use of digital technologies to enhance pupils’ learning.
