**Responsibilities**:
**What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate**:
- Respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
- Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.
Qualifications:
**Who are you?**
- A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate).
- Someone with an intermediate English level and excellent communication skills.
- A person who is polite and empathic at the same time. Someone who can put themselves in somebody else's shoes to understand their feelings or thoughts.
- Someone who knows how to solve problems most positively.
- Someone who sees the big picture but also the tiny details.
- A person with no experience but with a proactive and confident attitude.
**Enjoy***:

- Available to work from our site Magdalena/Miraflores
- Salary of S/. 1700 - 2040 + 15% Variable + S/. 250 onsite bonus*
- Bonus according to work schedule
- Paid training from day one
- Available schedules from 7:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M (40-48 hours per week). ️
