Our clients include Applebee‘s, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Grocery Outlet, and more. Landed is looking to grow our team of business consultants, responsible for managing our customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Have a bachelor‘s degree
- Have 1+ years of customer-facing experience
- Have excellent communication and organization skills
- Have a high sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously
- Have high EQ and enjoys forming connections with customers
- Can move quickly and adapt to ever-changing requirements in a high-pressure environment
- Are analytical and want to dive deep into the data and process
- Are thorough and drive projects to completion

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboard new clients and work with them to develop goals
- Educate clients on the Landed Employer product and process and coach them through their recruiting efforts
- Create and closely monitor metrics to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations
- Interface with the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on client feedback
- Work cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, hiring and customer experience
- Build playbooks and best practices to help us scale
- Develop a strong rapport and trust with our customers

- **Anywhere in LATAM**: Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaraqua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela
