**Role Overview**

EdgeUno is seeking a dynamic, data-savvy Business Strategy & Sales Enablement Specialist to build and lead a new business support function within the Sales organization. This role will be instrumental in identifying risks and opportunities from sales data, co-developing deal-closing strategies with the sales team, crafting business cases for pricing and expansion initiatives, and producing high-impact internal reports that drive decision-making and performance.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to turn insights into action.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Detect early warning signals for deal slippage or underperformance
- Build actionable dashboards and visualizations for sales leadership
- Collaborate with BDMs to develop strategies for closing high-value or stalled deals
- Facilitate deal reviews and pipeline clinics to improve forecasting and win rates
- Provide competitive intelligence and tailored insights to support negotiations
- Lead development of business cases for pricing strategies, new market entries, and strategic initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with finance, product, and marketing to evaluate market potential and model ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to improve sales performance
- Design and maintain internal dashboards tracking KPIs, performance, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure reporting is timely, visually engaging, and aligned with leadership priorities
- Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with curated insights
- Build a centralized Sales Intelligence Hub with competitive insights and market trends
- Implement pipeline scoring and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy
- Lead and track strategic initiatives like pricing changes and market expansion
- Create executive-ready briefs with scenario modeling and ROI analysis
- Develop sales enablement tools including onboarding kits and success playbooks
- Analyze lost deals and customer feedback to inform product and pricing strategy
- Foster cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, and Network teams
- Champion a performance-driven culture through storytelling and internal communications

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years in sales strategy, business analysis, or commercial operations—telecom or infrastructure experience preferred
- Strong command of Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills—able to craft compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
