Waitress/server

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with warmth, elegance, and a genuine smile.
- Escort the guest to occupy their table.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items with detailed knowledge and passion.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders with attention to detail, presentation, and timing.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs throughout the dining experience.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and support smooth daily operations.
- Uphold brand image and standards in appearance, communication, and conduct.
- Participate in training sessions, tastings, and brand education.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous 2-year experience as a waitress/waiter in a luxury café, fine-dining restaurant, or
- 5-star hotel Or Fresher with 2/3 years hospitality education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Well-groomed, professional appearance at all times
- Passion for hospitality, luxury service, and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a proactive attitude

**Languages**
- Fluent in English;
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
