**Your Mission**:
Grow our Enablers Community, a platform dedicated to professional development, mentorship, and engagement within the organization.

This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop skills in internal communication, digital event planning, and digital content creation while leading initiatives such as Career Week and Speed Mentorship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Community Management: Keep the Enablers Community page on Viva Engage active, engaging, and relevant.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute key events like Career Week (May & October) and Creativity & Innovation Days.
- Mentorship Platform Management: Oversee the Speed Mentorship booking system, ensuring seamless operation and user support.
- Communication Support: Assist in creating newsletters and internal social media content.
- Collaboration & Best Practices: Work with regional teams to expand enabling activities across Epiroc.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor engagement levels and provide reports to track impact and improve initiatives.
- Branding & Social Media: Contribute to designing actions for internal and external branding initiatives and assist in creating content for platforms such as LinkedIn. Help in organizing brand-related events or activities in alignment with the corporate communication strategy.
- Content Creation: Design and create digital content (written, visual, and video) for internal and external communication, ensuring it aligns with Epiroc's communication goals and strategies.

**Your profile**:

- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Graduates in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Strong writing and content creation skills for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) for digital content creation.
- Ability to organize events and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in communication roles (internship or part-time), particularly in community management, digital content creation, or event planning.
