**Report to**:Head of Styling Research Department - Cai Wenxue

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an overall design strategy for liberation based on the company's strategy and design trend analysis;
- After the overall design strategy document is determined, interpret it to all members of the Styling and Creative Department to help them understand the strategy;
- Control the overall design direction of the design scheme to ensure compliance with the design strategy;
- Quality control before the review of renderings, clay models, and hard models at the institute level;
- In the feasible stage of the design scheme engineering, when encountering significant contradictions between the design and the engineering feasibility, constructive suggestions are proposed to guide the optimization of the scheme.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Have at least 12 years of experience in the development and related design of commercial vehicle styling;
- Having rich forward-looking concepts of international first-class brands and experience in mass production vehicle development, familiar with the entire vehicle design and development process system;
- Excellent creative design ability, excellent design quality, and product quality control ability;
- Excellent design and technical problem-solving skills;
- Excellent ability in product design strategy planning.
