Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education / employment opportunities. In this role you will be develop and train in Process Automation, BA Function Legal and Integrity division in Lima, Peru.

**This position reports to**:
Legal Counsel

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Contracts (EPC, works contract, services, leases, labor).
- Preparation, drafting of judicial and administrative documents and all kinds of legal documents.
- Carry out procedures and procedures before the Ministries of: Labor, MTC, SUNAT, Ministry of Production and any other private and/or public entity.
- Absolution of legal queries of all kinds related to the core of the company's business.
- Management and monitoring of documents and legal procedures.
- Issuance of reports and reports in English and Spanish regarding contracts or agreements between companies.
- Knowledge of current and applicable local regulations, in matters: civil, commercial, corporate, labor, compliance and eventually criminal.
- Support in integrity activities developed by the Head of Legal.

**Your background**:

- University student in Law (last cycles)
- 1 year of experience in a company in the field in the position of intern in a study or companies
- Contract drafting (must)
- Focus to result, commitment, analysis, learning agility, initiative, flexibility
- Advanced English level (must)
