**Funciones del cargo**:Funciones**:

- Desarrollar de la estrategia de retención y blindaje en los diversos canales de Entel para el negocio de postpago móvil
- Definir el go to market de las iniciativas de CVM (Definición de mix. de canales y de medios comunicación, propuesta de valor, etc)
- Dar seguimiento el rendimiento de las campañas, así como aplicar acciones correctivas a las brechas de cumplimiento
- Medir el éxito de las iniciativas de CVM en términos de rentabilidad y de cumplimiento de objetivos
- Gestión de entregables del equipo que impliquen diagnóstico y una propuesta de plan de acción para los diferentes comités

**Requisitos**:
Formación universitaria completa de las carreras de Ing. Industrial, Administración o afines
Experiência mínima de 4 años en áreas de CVM, Producto, retención de clientes y/o mercado.
Excel a nível avanzado
Inglés a nível avanzado
Manejo de SQL (deseable)
