Cost Management Analyst at BairesDev We are looking for a Cost Management Analyst to join our Accounting & Taxes team. You will be responsible for OPEX, cost budgeting, management, and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry What You'll Do: - Historical data analysis for improving the budgeted scenarios. - Actively advise and participate in creating budgeted scenarios. - Create and manage reports and control analysis for tracking “red flags" in possible deviation events. - Assist the global accounting manager in creating financial management value. - Process analysis, generation, design, implementation, monitoring, and control of management indicators. - Propose improvement actions. Here’s what we are looking for: - Advanced student or graduate of Economics or Industrial Engineering. - 5+ years of experience in finance positions (Accounting, Controlling, Budgeting). Desirable: - Knowledge of SAP Business One, SAP R3, or SAP S4HANA. - Previous work experience in multinational companies. - Previous work experience in Cost Management. - SQL, PowerBI, and/or Tableau.
