Marsh has an exciting opportunity for a **CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER** to join our market-leading **Client Relationship Management Team **in our Office in** Lima**. This role is within our dynamic and growing CRM team.

**We will count on you to**:
- Achieves a comprehensive knowledge of the company's value offer, as well as the organization and its capabilities; Internally identify key people and interact with them effectively, in order to build, deliver and deliver on the customer service offering.
- It establishes a relationship of mutual trust with the client, based mainly on strict compliance with the committed value offer, following the company's guidelines and in coordination with the service structure composed of the different support areas within the organization.
- Maintains and expands large and complex accounts from a broad business portfolio and supervises and supports colleagues with responsibility for managing other important accounts, in maintenance and expansion, refining and developing their managerial and sales skills, as well as guiding them on how to gain exposure to the client.
- Collaborates with colleagues and specialists in the company's staff to identify business opportunities, key decision makers, account needs, and underlying risks to determine the services, products, and potential combinations that will best serve and address the client's business objectives.
- Works to ensure all managed accounts are current and addresses escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure operational excellence and relationship satisfaction.
- Attends and participates in events and conferences of the industries related to his client portfolio and the insurance market, to build a solid professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the company.
**What you need to have**:
- University Degree,
- 2 years in similar role in broker or insurance company with a Commercial Risk Accounts background
- Consolidated record of achieving sales goals
- A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- English language fluency
