We need a builder—someone who can design, integrate, and optimize systems that help our teams operate more efficiently and empower our communities around the world. We need a thinker who sees connections between data, design, and mission.

We’re looking for a new talent to join MEDLIFE’s Data Solutions Team as a Web Developer. You’ll work alongside teams from Marketing, Operations, and Technology to create and integrate AI-powered tools that improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly support MEDLIFE’s mission of empowering low-income communities through medicine, education, and community development.

**What will your day look like at MEDLIFE?**
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions to improve MEDLIFE’s internal systems and workflows.
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions using APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and similar technologies.
- Develop data-driven tools to strengthen reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to identify automation opportunities.
- Build and maintain scalable integrations between MEDLIFE’s internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all solutions developed.
- Research and test emerging technologies to continually improve MEDLIFE’s digital ecosystem.

**What will you bring?**
- 1+ year of experience as a Web Developer, Software Engineer, or similar.
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and strong understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks.
- Intermediate+ level of English and Spanish.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Bonus: experience with N8N, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and curiosity for learning new technologies.
