FP&A COE Analyst

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Lead the Free Cash flow from operations planning & analysis for the region with influence to the GBS Team, following Global standards providing strong analytics and insights across the different drivers i.e. PWC, Capex, OP, detecting early warnings, capture opportunities resulting in strong partnering with local and regional leaders and peers lead for a more assertive decision making.- Work under strong partnership and engagement with sub-regions, LAO Finance, GBS, Corporate to achieve common business objectives.
- Lead the latest estimate process in non quarterly forecast leveraged by playbook with workstreams and sub-regions teams, helping to drive business decisions thru meaning full insights at LAO end. Establish action plan with GBS team and supply chain to optimize financial planning process and improve forecast accuracy.
- Facilitate interactions across the different functions, and cash flow workstream leaders to ensure consistency in projections (one-set-.of-numbers), analysis and sensitivities.
- Develop a broad-based and detailed understanding of the underlying business performance trends and external market dynamics and leverage these to provide analytical insights that help decision makers drive optimal business results.

**_ Requirements:_**
- More than 7 years of experience in finance for commercial and/or supply, operations function, finance planning, business analysis, balance-sheet / cashflow.
- Excel (Advance).
- English (Advance).
- Power Bi (Desirable).
- Key Customers include Finance Leadership Team, GBS, Supply, LAO Finance, Corporate.
- Strong collaboration, communication, change management and influence.
