**About Product.**

We're the AI-team, making an AI-powered digital employee product. These are agents that will fulfill the roles of employees that our customers will hire. For example, an analyst who knows how to write SQL and provide reports; a marketer who understands how to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and advertising and so on.

The product is early stage and growing very quickly. We have an incredibly talented team that is working very hard and persistently to get the product on its feet.

**About Role.**

**Tasks you will solve**:

- Build and scale an **AI agent and** be able make it reliable.
- Design evaluation pipelines to benchmark agent performance and iterate quickly
- Architect and iterate on **product UX** — you’ll work directly on building clean, intuitive UI/UX using component libraries like ShadCN and Tailwind
- Lead architecture decisions around agent orchestration, prompt design, context compression, and fallback logic
- Teach agents to interact with **Improvado’s 500+ data integrations**: Salesforce, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok, Snowflake, etc.

**Experience we expect**:

- ** Experience with TypeScript**, including production work with React, Next.js
- ** Experience with Python**, ideally with FastAPI / Django
- Experience with **PostgreSQL**, **ClickHouse**, **Redis**, and **Temporal**:

- Hands-on experience with **agent frameworks** like AI SDK, Agents SDK, or custom-built AI agents.
- You understand what clean, functional UI looks like — you don’t wait for pixel-perfect designs, and you’re comfortable using component libraries like **ShadCN**, **Radix**, **Tailwind**, or building from scratch when needed.

**Format**:

- This is a **high-intensity role**: expect to work **6 days a week, ~9 hours a day** — we move fast and ship continuously

- You’ll be expected to take ownership**:lead technical decisions**, manage complexity, and push initiatives forward without waiting for direction
