Criteria:

- Experience in seismic operations and DP2 vessels, preferably in senior positions.
- Possession of relevant certifications and licenses.
- Strong leadership and management skills to oversee the deck department.
- Emphasis on safety awareness and compliance with international regulations.
- A solid technical background in maritime operations, including knowledge of vessel systems, navigation, and DP systems.
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate complex and high-pressure situations at sea. Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with crew members and shore-based personnel.
