Job Overview

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing updates, and order processing.
- Ensure that product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date on the website.
- Monitor customer inquiries and support tickets, responding promptly and providing excellent customer service.
- Generate reports on key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide insights to inform decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience managing a Shopify store.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English Level, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
