Product Development Manager

**C.H. Robinson is looking for a Product Development Manager** to lead and coordinate regional trade development. This key role focuses on supporting sales growth within our branch network, working closely with sales teams to drive both new and existing business. **In this role, you will** collaborate across the region to raise awareness of our services and lead day-to-day sales activities, identifying opportunities, driving focus, and reporting on progress and challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in **product enhancements, developments**, and pricing discussions
- Collaborate with local and regional management to **develop sales strategies**, target lists, and increase volume for trucking, customs house brokerage, terminals, and warehousing
- Share **customer-specific data** and expectations with internal teams to create viable supply chain solutions
- Utilize effective **negotiation and sales strategies** to discuss pricing and sell solutions
- Make **strategic recommendations** to ensure sustained growth of C.H. Robinson’s market share
- Communicate strategies and ensure execution by collaborating with local and regional sales teams
- Provide **market-specific training and awareness** to local sales teams and regional staff
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the team or country-specific needs

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of Global Forwarding Sales experience

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**:

- Knowledge of **logistics, solution design**, and supply chain processes
- Proven ability to create and coordinate comprehensive **trade lane programs**:

- Strong sales, interpersonal, and **analytical skills**:

- Demonstrated **strategic thinking**, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
