With over 13 years of experience, we specialize in auto, home, life, and business insurance, helping clients find coverage that meets their needs and state requirements. Proudly serving Baltimore, Fells Point, Rosedale, Canton, and Federal Hill.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and questions are answered promptly.
- Provide support to clients with any insurance-related inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Process payments to vendors efficiently using online bill pay systems.
- Collaborate with clients to review and manage insurance renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, or customer service role. (Sales is a plus)
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- Must have U.S. work authorization through one of the following: U.S. Social Security number with active U.S. visa, U.S. residency with valid passport, or U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to Travel for exams and occasional training.
- Must pass the Property & Casualty Insurance Test in the U.S. after the 3-month trial period.
- High-speed wired internet connection(200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. (1hr lunch)

Pay: S/.3,315.00 - S/.4,420.00 per month
